I have been practising yoga for many years and am a qualified Dru Yoga teacher.
Having taught yoga at dance and music festivals, regular weekly community, corporate and private classes, as well as pregnancy, children’s, and mums and bubs yoga, I am able to adapt my style and modify postures to meet individual needs.
My love of yoga comes from seeing the benefits in my own life. I love making yoga accessible for anyone and sharing the benefits that come from regular practice.
I strongly believe that anyone can do yoga and everyone can benefit. I teach in a flowing style that can be gentle or dynamic, depending on the group. My classes incorporate sequences, postures, directed breathing, visualisation, and relaxation.
My approach to teaching builds up poses and sequences, giving people options along the way so that they can work at a level that feels right for them. Most of all, my approach lets everyone work in a way that feels safe.
