Enjoy your celebrations – remember to breathe

2015 has been a very exciting year for me – stepping out into my own business and sharing Dru yoga. It’s been a complete delight to spend such a large part of my ‘working week’ doing yoga with lovely people. And it was amazing to finish off the year with a full house at my first half day retreat. Huge thanks to all who have come on this journey with me.
Remember your yoga and meditation practice through the festive season. It is the busy and stressful times, when it seems hardest to fit in our practice, that we need it most. Watch this space for Christmas survival yoga tips and practices……and maybe even a few surprises. Regular classes will resume on Monday 11 January.
