6:30-8pm ~ This is a general Dru Yoga class with lots of opportunities to adapt your practice to your needs and goals. Classes will include movement, relaxation and focused breathing.

6:30-8pm ~ This class will particularly suit people with good general health, mobility and fitness who are looking for a stronger, up-tempo practice.
